Qualifications to Join

We are filling positions for full-time real estate associates that have a desire to work independently, but would appreciate support and continued education from management. These individuals are focused on outstanding customer service, integrity, attention to detail, and are excited to use creative and innovative ideas to enhance their real estate careers.

We are looking for REALTORs® that sincerely share the same core values that we do. You’ll see that our interview process is more selective than most companies. But when you meet the rest of our successful team you’ll understand why.

Other Required Qualifications

Colorado Real Estate Broker License
Membership to the local, state, and national board of REALTORs® (we require that all of our agents abide by the REALTOR® code of ethics)
Good standing with the CREC and REALTOR® Board
Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of current real estate laws and issues, disclosures, and contracts, or willingness to learn
Excellent organizational skills
Aggressive self-starter with a great team attitude
