Our Managers

This duplex is managed by a husband and wife team-- David and Joanne Conca. David is an alumnus of the University of California Davis and Joanne is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara in California. Both of them have been active in the field of real estate and maintenance for six years and they belong to the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the National Association of Realtors.

David is a native Coloradoan whereas Joanne is originally from California. Each brings a different perspective to living in Colorado. You'll enjoy the friendly and enthusiastic management style that they bring.
