Welcome home to AVALON, a quiet community that is home to several DU graduate students and local professionals. AVALON is nestled at a lovely location on South Josephine Street in Southeast Denver just one half block away from the University of Denver. Residents at AVALON also enjoy easy access to I-25 and a short drive to downtown Denver. They also take advantage of athletic events and art venues available close by at the University of Denver campus.

We have 19 one-bedroom suites and 1 two-bedroom suite. All 20 of our suites feature special amenities.

Our Managers

AVALON is managed by a husband and wife team-- David and Joanne Conca. David is an alumnus of the University of California Davis and Joanne is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara in California. Both of them have been active in the field of real estate and maintenance since the year 2000 and they belong to the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the National Association of Realtors.

David is a native Coloradoan whereas Joanne is originally from California. Each brings a different perspective to living in Colorado. You'll enjoy the friendly and enthusiastic management style that they bring to AVALON.
