Welcome home to Aspen West, an inviting community that is home to several DU students and local professionals. Aspen West is located conveniently on Gaylord Street in Southeast Denver just next to the University of Denver. Residents at Aspen West also enjoy easy access to I-25, Light Rail, and a short drive to downtown Denver.

Aspen West is situated with your convenience and lifestyle in mind. Residents take advantage of athletic events and art venues available close by at the University of Denver campus. Several fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities are available in walking distance.

A generous courtyard with trees, picnic table, and art sculpture beckon you to come outside for a picnic or for a study break.

Laundry facilities are located on site for all residents.

Reserved parking is available for a small fee of $30 per month.

We have 20 one-bedroom suites. 5 of those suites are large end units with very generous space and light. All 20 of our suites feature special amenities.

Our Managers

Aspen West is managed by a husband and wife team-- David and Joanne Conca. David is an alumnus of the University of California Davis and Joanne is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara in California. Both of them have been active in the field of real estate and maintenance for seven years and they belong to the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the National Association of Realtors.

David is a native Coloradoan whereas Joanne is originally from California. Each brings a different perspective to living in Colorado. You'll enjoy the friendly and enthusiastic management style that they bring to Aspen West.
